Legal officer required for our head office in Karachi to look after litigations and other legal issues of the company.
Core responsibilities
To assist in criminal cases and civil suits / write petitions. Advise, consult, litigate and perform trial work, and carry out legal processes necessary to affect the rights, privileges, and obligations of the organization.
Examination of legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
Eligibility :-
L.L.B : - minimum practice of 2 years in session and high court.
Knowledge of labour law is preferred. Ability to travel within and outside Karachi.
